Job Description
This exciting role involves maintaining and enhancing local IT infrastructure to improve efficiency and reliability. You will provide technical support for PC hardware, software, and peripherals across multiple sites, leveraging expertise in Windows Server, group policy, virtual technologies, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure. Participate in Security Operations Center (SOC) activities and contribute to security-focused projects from inception.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and enhancement of local IT infrastructure
- Provide technical support for all PC hardware, software, and associated peripherals
- Leverage expertise in Windows Server, group policy, virtual technologies, and cloud platforms
- Participate in SOC activities and contribute to security-focused projects
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent technical skills, with experience in system support, server administration, and security technologies. A strong understanding of cloud platforms, particularly AWS and Azure, is essential. Proficiency in Windows Server and related tools is also necessary.
