**Role Description:**

In this Personal Growth and Independence Facilitator role, you will collaborate with other professionals and community resources to support client involvement and create an effective service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments to identify client strengths and goals with living skills.
  • Providing one-on-one coaching sessions and group workshops on topics such as confident communication, budgeting, cooking, and time management.
  • Encouraging self-advocacy and independence in everyday situations.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire clients.

**Salary:** £24,432 - £25,418 per annum
