This is an exciting opportunity to join Quilter's high-performing Group Internal Audit (GIA) function as a Reporting, MI and Data Analyst. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in the effective production and delivery of audit data, management information, and reporting to support the Board, Executive Management, and the Audit and Risk Committees in protecting the assets, reputation, and sustainability of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Manage GIA's enabling software-as-a-service technology solution (TM+), including configuration and support, as well as assessing and deploying new functionality that adds value to Quilter.
- Develop and maintain a suite of Internal Audit reporting solutions for key stakeholders to enable tracking and management of Internal Audit Issues and Actions, using PowerBI or similar reporting and visualisation software.
- Retrieve and analyse audit MI and data to track and manage Internal Audit Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and support planning and delivery of audits by the Internal Audit Team.
- Find ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the production of audit reporting.
To succeed in this role, you will have strong data management skills, a good working knowledge of PowerBI and alternative data analytics tools, such as IDEA. You will also have experience and understanding of data analytic and visualisation techniques, as well as knowledge or experience of building reports, including the configuration of APIs. Some level of application administration or configuration experience would be ideal.
You will be comfortable questioning convention and staying curious, persevering to get the right outcomes, and using your expertise to deliver effective and efficient reporting, MI, and data solutions. You will also be able to effectively prioritise, listen to include new perspectives, and develop high-quality outputs, such as audit dashboards, action trackers, and reporting.
