Salary: $90,000

Location: RG7 4PR, with easy access to Reading and Basingstoke.

About the Role: This role requires a strong background in resource management, ideally with experience in project management or project controls. The successful candidate must demonstrate strategic resource management and workforce planning experience, with the ability to think strategically.

  • Demonstrate expertise in assessing and planning future resource requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective resourcing decisions.
  • Drive efficiency improvements through data-driven insights and continuous improvement activities.
  • Support the delivery of the P3M Function resource plan and capture changes to resources available or demand.
