Join HC-One as a Deputy Home Manager

HC-One is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Deputy Home Manager to join our team at Birchmere Mews Care Home in Solihull. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Home Manager in the day-to-day management of the care home
  • Provide specialist nursing support and advice to residents and colleagues
  • Supervise and coach colleagues to provide a high-quality service
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans

Requirements:

  • Valid Pin number
  • Knowledge of National Standards and NMC code of practice
  • Background in person-centred care planning within a care home
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
