We are currently seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing fresh foods to exceptional standards on a daily basis.

Your main duties as Chef de Partie will involve:
- Ensuring food safety and hygiene within the specified kitchen areas
- Training and coaching junior kitchen staff and ensuring all team members are aware of how food is stored, rotated, and disposed of
- Inputting to menu development as required
- Preparing fresh foods to an exemplary standard on a daily basis
- Being responsible for achieving the food margin through portion control and management of raw ingredients
- Stocking shelves and ensuring stock is securely stored at the correct temperature and correctly rotated
- Ensuring that all health & safety directives are followed in the preparation of food
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a minimum of one year's experience in a kitchen environment and a passion for fresh food. You should also possess a methodical, calm, and organised approach to work, while working under pressure, precise planning and organisation ability, and the ability to give and receive fair feedback where appropriate.
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
