Lead VFX Artist

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead VFX Artist to join our team at Rebellion, a leading game development studio. As a key member of our VFX team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual effects for our upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement VFX pipelines and tools to improve efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with artists, designers, and programmers to ensure seamless integration of VFX into the game.
- Design and create VFX assets, including particle effects, screen post effects, and material effects.
- Optimize VFX for performance and ensure they meet the game's technical requirements.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to help them grow and develop their skills.
- Expert knowledge of 3D graphics software, including Maya, 3ds Max, and Blender.
- Strong understanding of VFX shaders and materials.
- Experience with simulation software, such as EmberGen and Houdini.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
