About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead VFX Artist to join our team at Rebellion, a leading game development studio. As a key member of our VFX team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual effects for our upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement VFX concepts and techniques to enhance game visuals
  • Collaborate with artists, designers, and programmers to ensure seamless integration of VFX into the game
  • Lead and mentor junior VFX artists to help them grow and develop their skills
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure our VFX are cutting-edge
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of VFX assets
Requirements
  • Expert knowledge of 3D modeling, texturing, and lighting
  • Proficiency in VFX software such as Maya, 3ds Max, and Houdini
  • Strong understanding of game engines and their VFX pipelines
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
