Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at a private healthcare facility in Stourport On Severn. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

About the Nursing Home

Our nursing home is a warm and welcoming environment that provides excellent general nursing care and support. We have a 'Good' CQC rating and offer a range of facilities to support our residents' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other nursing procedures
  • Developing and implementing individualised care plans
  • Monitoring and assessing residents' health status and progress
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Providing support and guidance to care assistants and other team members
Requirements
  • Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
  • Proven experience in a Nursing Home/Care Home or similar healthcare setting
  • Excellent clinical and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care
