Staff Nurse - Nights - Part time - Up to £22.50 p/h

We are seeking an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team in a well-renowned care home in the Stourport-on-Severn area, providing nursing and residential care.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents, managing medication, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement individualised care plans, working closely with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  2. Lead a team of Care Assistants, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent care delivery.
  3. Contribute to a culture of excellence, promoting best practices, and adhering to Company standards.
Requirements:
  1. Nursing Qualification with NMC Registration.
  2. Experience in elderly care, with a strong understanding of dementia and associated mental health conditions.
  3. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
