SENIOR FIRE RISK ASSESSOR REQUIRED FOR COMMERCIAL FIRE AND SECURITY SERVICES COMPANY

ROLE: Senior Fire Risk Assessor - Fire Protection

You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive Fire Risk Assessments across various sectors, including commercial, residential, care, and education. This involves producing detailed technical reports, identifying hazards and associated risks, and recommending remedial actions to reduce risks to acceptable levels. You will also guide clients through statutory fire safety requirements to ensure compliance, offering ongoing technical support as needed.

A UK Driving Licence is essential, as the role requires travel across Southern England.

EXPERIENCE: Senior Fire Risk Assessor - Fire Protection

You will have 3+ years of experience conducting Fire Risk Assessments and must hold a Level 3 Fire Risk Assessor qualification or a Level 4 Diploma in Fire Risk Assessment. Familiarity with PAS 79 and a solid understanding of BAFE standards are essential. A valid UK Driver's Licence is required, as frequent travel is a key part of the role. Accreditations such as IFE (Institution of Fire Engineers), IFSM (Institute of Fire Safety Managers), or FPA (The Fire Protection Association) are advantageous, and a Fire Door Inspection qualification (FDIS) would be highly desirable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct comprehensive Fire Risk Assessments across various sectors
