Product Management Leader

Sage Copilot is on a mission to revolutionize small business and accounting practices with its AI-powered tool. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in defining and leading the execution of best-in-market products.
Key Responsibilities- Create and articulate compelling product vision and strategy for key product propositions.
- Define and communicate product requirements and rationale, building strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Deliver the product, ensuring accountability for delivery from requirement to usage and in-life management.
- Play an active part in product governance, ensuring the program of work associated with the product is executed to achieve KPIs.
- Drive business growth using ROI, revenue, and NPS feedback, while being technical enough to specify and work with engineering to build the product.
- Be the voice and mission of the product inside and outside Sage, providing close liaison with in-country domain experts and stakeholders.
- Create, maintain, and communicate product roadmaps monthly, adopting rigor in all activity.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Extensive relevant experience, including working with data, Machine Learning models, and AI.
- Knowledge of Accounting, HR, and Payroll domains.
- Experience in software or SaaS/Cloud companies, with cross-functional team experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a strong grasp of product management in the software industry.
- Execute in an intense, fast-paced, and highly iterative environment, with experience of agile/lean product management principles.
- Passion for technology, including Cloud, Social, Mobile, and Analytics in B2B and B2C.
- A prior history of working well with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, peers, customers, and partners.
