Job Description

Enso Recruitment is seeking an experienced Staff Cloud Engineer to join a dynamic Cloud Engineering team. This role offers a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to take a lead role in designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud infrastructure on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cloud Architecture and Strategy: Design and implement best-in-class cloud solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and resilient.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Collaboration and DevOps: Collaborate with various teams to enhance the effectiveness of the DevOps culture.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Management: Manage and optimize global AWS services and infrastructure, adhering to security best practices.
  • Troubleshooting and Resolution: Troubleshoot application and system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient resolution.
  • Process Optimization: Implement efficient processes for monitoring, deployment, and scaling within a continuously growing environment.
  • Technical Strategy: Contribute to the technical strategy, helping to drive complex technical projects to successful completion.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Technical Leadership: Proven experience in providing technical leadership and mentoring a team.
  • Cloud Expertise: Strong expertise in building and managing cloud applications at scale.
  • AWS Experience: Professional experience with AWS, including Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS).
  • Cloud-Native Deployment: Proficiency in deploying cloud-native applications using Terraform and Kubernetes.
  • DevOps Practices: Solid understanding of DevOps practices and tools.
  • Communication Skills: Positive attitude with the ability to contribute effectively in team discussions.
  • Coding Skills: Proficiency in coding with modern programming languages.
