Job Summary:

Enso Recruitment is seeking an experienced Staff Cloud Engineer to join a dynamic Cloud Engineering team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to take a lead role in designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud infrastructure on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement best-in-class cloud solutions, ensuring they are scalable and secure.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the effectiveness of the DevOps culture.
  • Manage and optimize global AWS services and infrastructure, adhering to security best practices.
  • Troubleshoot application and system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient resolution.
  • Implement efficient processes for monitoring, deployment, and scaling within a continuously growing environment.
  • Contribute to the technical strategy, helping to drive complex technical projects to successful completion.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in providing technical leadership and mentoring a team.
  • Strong expertise in building and managing cloud applications at scale.
  • Professional experience with AWS, including Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS).
  • Proficiency in deploying cloud-native applications using Terraform and Kubernetes.
  • Solid understanding of DevOps practices and tools.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to contribute effectively in team discussions.
  • Proficiency in coding with modern programming languages.
