We're seeking a highly skilled Senior HVAC Engineer to join our team at Jacobs. As a key member of our HVAC Capability team, you'll play a crucial role in designing and delivering innovative HVAC solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design ventilation systems from basic principles, including review of room data sheets, airflow rate calculations, and duct sizing.
  • Develop HVAC Fire and Control Philosophy, specifying heat rejection plant and designing HVAC systems for cooling industrial process environments.
  • Produce system schematics and Engineering Flow Diagrams (EFDs).
  • Mentor junior staff, graduates, and apprentices in nuclear ventilation design.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge and experience of UK regulations is essential.
  • Able to provide technical leadership and guidance to junior staff.
