Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Programme Surveyor to join our External Contracts & Delivery team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing fire risk management, coordinating diverse investment projects, and addressing related issues across your designated locality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Experience in the housing or construction industry
  • Knowledge of Building safety regulations, particularly CDM, asbestos management, site safety management and fire safety requirements
  • A sound understanding of construction to deliver a broad range of property related activities
  • A relevant technical qualification in construction or building services
  • Experience of customer consultation in a planned maintenance/construction setting
  • Knowledge of building construction, maintenance, contracts, and procurement
  • Good management skills and experience of successfully managing project teams, external contractors and liaising with other building consultants/professionals to deliver programmes of maintenance work
