Job Title: Planned Programme Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Programme Surveyor to join our External Contracts & Delivery team at Platform Housing Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing fire risk management, coordinating diverse investment projects, and addressing related issues across your designated locality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Experience in the housing or construction industry
  • Knowledge of Building safety regulations, particularly CDM, asbestos management, site safety management, and fire safety requirements
  • A sound understanding of construction to deliver a broad range of property-related activities
  • A relevant technical qualification in construction or building services
  • Experience of customer consultation in a planned maintenance/construction setting
  • Knowledge of building construction, maintenance, contracts, and procurement
  • Good management skills and experience of successfully managing project teams, external contractors, and liaising with other building consultants/professionals to deliver programmes of maintenance work
Requirements:
  • Full UK driving licence and ability to travel across our Severn locality (Worcestershire, Herefordshire, and Gloucestershire)
  • Business mileage expenses are reimbursed from your home address as per HMRC mileage rates
