The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced social services professional to join our Front Door Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for responding to all contacts and making swift decisions on the best course of action to support our children and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop good working partnerships with colleagues in Health, Education, and the Police.
- Respond to quickly changing circumstances and adapt to new situations.
- Provide child-centred social work practice based on social work value principles.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Registered as a social worker with Social Work England.
- Social Work Qualification, ie Social Work Degree or Diploma in Social Work.
- Achieved or commitment to study for a specialist PQ award or equivalent.
