Registered Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our Brirnbeck re-enablement service in Nailsea. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing clear direction, management, and supervision to our staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to our clients.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of safeguarding requirements, excellent leadership skills, and proven experience in successfully running a service within the care sector. You will be passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of people with a disability and will be committed to promoting positive outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clear direction, management, and supervision to a great staff team.
- Lead with passion and enthusiasm to ensure the service is well run and promotes positive outcomes for disabled people.
- Ensure the service is fully compliant regarding health and safety management and statutory obligations.
- Handle recruitment, on-going training, development, and performance needs of staff.
- Hold registration for the service.
- A recognised nursing or social care qualification and registration (as appropriate to the needs of the service).
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, or equivalent as required for registration.
- Substantial experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity in a care environment.
