Job Title: ESG Controls Assurance Manager

Aviva is seeking a highly skilled ESG Controls Assurance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our group financial reporting controls framework team, you will be responsible for ensuring that robust controls are in place and adhered to across Aviva's suite of non-financial reporting (encompassing ESG).

About the Role:

You will support the delivery of Aviva's non-financial reporting control framework activity, delivering design adequacy and operational effectiveness assessments over a variety of processes performed in the creation of our ESG metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and test controls in production and reporting processes, including documenting and evidencing key controls.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders at various levels of seniority, both internally and externally.
  • Develop and maintain a positive can-do attitude and strong collaboration skills, focused on achieving the right outcomes for Aviva.
  • Organize and prioritize your workload effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with Aviva's sustainability strategy and reporting in the area of ESG.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of circa £58,000 (dependent on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
  • A bonus opportunity of 10% of annual salary, based on performance and Aviva's results.
