We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Education Support Professional to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of secondary schools in South East England, particularly in Buckinghamshire and High Wycombe.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising students in the absence of their regular teacher, managing classroom behaviour, and creating a positive learning environment. You will also deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and activities, provide support to students with their learning, and assist with administrative tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Working Conditions:

This is a temporary position, primarily based within a school environment. The successful candidate must be able to work flexible hours based on the school schedule and may require standing for extended periods and some light lifting.

Please note that all applicants will require the necessary qualifications and training for this role. We offer all our registered candidates FREE child protection and prevent duty training. All candidates must undergo a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
