About the Role

As a Security Officer with Securitas Security Services, you will be responsible for protecting people and property at our Brimsdown site. You will be a friendly face, approachable, and committed to keeping everyone safe.

You will provide support, guidance, and information to all staff, visitors, and contractors, ensuring a welcoming and secure environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Meeting and greeting staff, visitors, and contractors
  • Preventing and deterring unauthorized access to the site
  • Monitoring fire alarms, intruder alarms, and CCTV
  • Conducting external and internal security patrols
  • Ensuring health and safety procedures are always followed
  • Recording and reporting all faults, health and safety hazards, and unsafe working practices

You will also be required to undertake any other duties as requested by Branch Management.

Essential Skills
  • SIA Licence
  • Driving Licence
  • The right to work in the UK and a 5-year checkable history
  • Excellent customer service, people skills, organizational skills, and time management
