About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting excellence in community nursing practice, developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives, and leading on education and training programs. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver education and training programs that meet the needs of community nurses.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical standards and patient outcomes in community nursing settings.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement policies and procedures that support quality improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct audits and evaluations to identify areas for quality improvement and develop targeted interventions to address these gaps.
  • Provide guidance and support to community nurses to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality care.
Requirements
  • Degree in Nursing and experience in community nursing.
  • Strong understanding of quality improvement principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
