Sellick Partnership is assisting a housing contractor with the recruitment of a Housing Assistant to support their housing services team with housing disrepair claims.

Main Responsibilities
  • Preparing case files and documentation
  • Defending housing disrepair claims and assisting with determining liability
  • Preparing disclosure and sourcing relevant documentation
  • Assisting with preparations for litigated cases
Requirements
  • A knowledge within the legal sector is preferred
  • Competent with systems and strong administration skills
  • Previous housing disrepair experience is desirable but not essential
