About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Social Worker to join our Children's Service team in Rochdale. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to children and families, working closely with other professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage complex cases, working with children and families to identify and address their needs.
  • Develop and implement effective plans to support children and families, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals, including education, health, and voluntary sector agencies, to achieve the best possible outcomes for children and families.
  • Provide support and guidance to colleagues, contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.
