We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Manager to lead all clinical aspects of our Care Centre in Hastings. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clinical staff receive adequate leadership and support, as well as ongoing training to maintain a safe environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the clinical staff and ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality care.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Manage budgets and financial accountabilities to ensure the efficient operation of the Care Centre.
- Ensure that clinical staff are trained and aware of clinical risks and follow proper reporting procedures.
- At least 2 years of previous aged care experience in a senior position and relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Experience in clinical or management in a continuing care hospital facility, management, and people skills.
- Exposure to managing budgets and financial accountabilities would be advantageous.
- Hold a current Annual Practising Certificate and New Zealand Nursing Council Registration.
- Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
