About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and reliable Collection and Delivery Driver to join our team at Parcelforce Worldwide. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of parcels to our customers across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute delivery routes to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct safety checks on vehicles and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Collect and deliver parcels to households and businesses, providing excellent customer service
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

About You

We're looking for a friendly and proactive individual with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills. As a Collection and Delivery Driver, you'll need to be able to lift and carry parcels weighing up to 30kg and have a full UK manual driving licence covering up to 3.5 tonnes (Cat B). A clean licence is preferred, but not essential.
