Job Title: Collection and Delivery Driver

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Collection and Delivery Driver to join our team at DPDgroup. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring timely and efficient parcel delivery and collection services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading parcels from our 3.5 tonne vans
  • Delivering parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collecting parcels from customers and returning them to our depot
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Held a full UK driving licence and had regular driving experience for 12 months or more
  • Ability to lift, load and carry parcels
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
