Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a primary school HLTA, you will be responsible for supporting the educational and personal development of students with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the class teacher in the delivery of lessons and activities
  • Assisting students with special educational needs in a one-to-one and small group setting
  • Preparing and maintaining resources and materials
  • Communicating with parents and carers to ensure continuity of support

Requirements:

  • HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
  • Experience of working with students with special educational needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
