**Job Summary:**
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing 40 hours of shifts per week, including sleep-ins, and covering shifts when necessary.
- Promoting the welfare of children as defined in the Children Act 1989.
- Attending weekly staff meetings and participating in training.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage petty cash and be accountable for transactions.
- Organize and implement holiday plans.
- Run young people’s meetings and offer guidance to staff.
- Maintain safety and security while out in public.
- Be accountable for decisions made regarding young people and staff.
