Job Description:

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Administrator to join our client's team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth administration of vehicle sales and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle Sales Administration: Ensure that all sales from stock are withdrawn from stock records and that necessary actions are taken to ensure vehicle adoption and payment for new vehicles.
  • Inventory Management: Locate sold orders not in stock and order or arrange necessary transfer and payment, in line with commitment to customer notifying sales person of any anticipated shortfalls.
  • Relationship Building: Build effective relationships with suppliers, colleagues, trade and retail customers and assist other departments in ensuring the effective supply of vehicles.
  • Driving License: Possess a full driving license.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in vehicle administration or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience.
