Job Summary

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will provide tailored support to students facing behavioural challenges, fostering a positive learning environment and promoting social and emotional development.

  • Develop and implement strategies to address student behaviour, promoting positive attitudes and engagement.
  • Provide one-to-one support to students, focusing on their social and emotional development.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Manage and de-escalate behavioural incidents, using effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Supervise students in the isolation room and oversee detention sessions.

The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
