- Maintain stock levels, restock as required, and ensure equipment is used in line with guidance notes.
- Experience of undertaking general cleaning duties is essential.
- Some experience of working in a domestic/cleaning environment.
- NVQ2 in Hospitality & Catering, or willingness to work towards.
- Working knowledge of food hygiene standards.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- A general understanding of health and safety in the workplace.
