About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Executive to join our team at SourceCo Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the plant industry, including market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Utilize our CRM system to track sales opportunities, market intelligence, and forecasting to ensure accurate and timely completion of sales-related documents.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads, and to stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments.
Requirements
  • Results-driven with a proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, through growth of existing accounts and/or developing new business within your sales territory.
  • Basic knowledge of the plant industry and a full UK driving license.
What We Offer
