About the Role

">

As a Night Senior Care Assistant, you'll lead a team of Care Assistants and be responsible for maintaining high standards of care. You'll work closely with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to develop personalized care plans and deliver essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities.

You'll need to have completed a Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care and be willing to work towards a Level 3 qualification. A background in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia are also desirable.

  • Maintain accurate records of your job duties
  • Build strong relationships with your team and residents
  • Recognize signs of possible abuse or neglect and take appropriate action
  • Participate in safeguarding training and additional training in associated areas
