Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a Supervisor/Team Leader position within an assembly and/or manufacturing environment
  • Detailed knowledge of core mechanical and electrical assembly principles
  • Working knowledge of engineering drawings, SOPs and how to interpret them
  • Ability to work to and report on relevant KPIs
  • Excellent communication and teamworking skills, with confidence to lead team meetings
  • Previous training in lean manufacturing techniques and six sigma is desirable
  • Able to travel independently or live in Hixon due to the location of the work
