Job Description: As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in leading our team to deliver exceptional care to young people with complex needs. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Leading a team of support workers to deliver person-centred care plans
  • Mentoring and coaching junior staff members to develop their skills and confidence
  • Working closely with external agencies to ensure seamless delivery of services

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualifications and skills:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working with young people who have Autism, Learning Difficulties, and Complex Needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
