About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Lifeguard at our Ilford club. As a Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our members and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for all members and visitors.
- Ensure the swimming pool, spa pool, sauna, and steam room are safe and clean for use.
- Respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies and provide first aid when necessary.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
