Store Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the management team for our menswear store based within a popular outlet.

This is a superb opportunity to join a well-established yet ever-growing company, in a managerial position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the store and team, organising staff rotas, sales and customer service, merchandising stock, plus use of till and card machine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the store and team to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Organise staff rotas and ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Merchandise stock to maximise sales and visual appeal
  • Use till and card machine to process sales and handle customer transactions

Requirements:

  • Managerial experience within a fashion retail environment
