A Quality Assurance Manager is needed to lead quality initiatives at Thrive Group's location near Shepton Mallet.

Key Tasks
  1. Establish and sustain a high-quality training program focused on GMP best practices.
  2. Leverage expertise to conduct thorough site inspections and audits, driving improvements in GMP standards through collaborative efforts with the site's operational teams.
  3. Coordinate the investigation of complaints and near misses, followed by implementation of corrective actions in conjunction with other departments.
  4. Ensure site quality systems and documentation adhere to established standards.
  5. Possess a food science/technology-related qualification.
  6. Certified in HACCP level 3.
Work Details
  • Full-time position (Monday to Friday).
  • Competitive salary range: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, accompanied by a performance-based bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
