Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer to join our team at Webrecruit. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and growth of our organization.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to make informed decisions that impact the organization's success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and community organizations.
  • Ensure effective governance and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the organization's continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
    • Lead the organization in achieving its mission and vision.
  • Operational Management:
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization.
    • Ensure effective management of resources, including budgeting and financial planning.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders.
    • Represent the organization at industry events and conferences.
  • Income Generation and Profile Raising:
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve brand awareness.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns.
