Claims Manager Lead

Job Description:
The Claims Manager will be responsible for providing training, guidance, and mentorship to team members to drive performance. They will oversee claims processing, review and approve claims, and ensure compliance with service-level agreements. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in insurance claims processing, including at least one year in a supervisory role.
