About the Role
The Motoring Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance. They will also be accountable for managing inventory, analysing sales data, and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and ensure efficient stock replenishment
- Analyse sales data, identify opportunities for growth, and implement effective marketing strategies
- Develop and implement plans to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures
