Sense Scotland is a leading provider of care services for individuals with additional support needs. We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Support Care Professional to join our team.

As a Support Care Professional, you will work closely with an active gentleman who requires one-to-one support in his own home. The gentleman is deaf and communicates primarily through BSL and Makaton, so strong communication skills are essential for this role.

Job Description:

We are offering a competitive salary of £12 per hour, plus additional staff benefits, making this an attractive opportunity for those looking to make a difference in the lives of others.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the gentleman in various aspects of his daily life, including attending social events, managing household tasks, and providing personal care. This will involve working a mix of early and back shifts, as well as occasional sleepovers, allocated via our staff rota system.
