This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a globally recognized fashion brand, shaping the future of fashion at the forefront of design innovation. As a Senior Designer, you will lead the charge on next-gen fashion, delivering premium collections that elevate the brand globally.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the design process from concept to creation, ensuring every product aligns with the brand's signature handwriting while pushing the envelope on premium design.
  • Staying ahead of the curve by actively tracking global fashion trends, spotting missed opportunities, and translating runway inspiration into fresh, commercially relevant designs that stand out in the market.
  • Participating in dynamic, cross-functional workshops with designers, buyers, and the creative team to develop on-trend, commercially successful collections.
  • Driving the strategic design brief, ensuring alignment with business area strategy, while pushing for forward-thinking aesthetics and premium product quality.
  • Guiding the design team with your extensive market research and contributing to global storytelling through trend boards, mood boards, and creative direction.
  • Pushing the boundaries by challenging designs, fabrics, and trims, working alongside buyers and suppliers to ensure premium quality and cutting-edge finishes that keep you ahead of competitors.
  • Balancing your creative vision with commercial reality, ensuring your designs not only set trends but also meet key business goals, from stock flow to sales performance.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Designer with a passion for fashion trends and the ability to translate them into commercially successful collections that resonate across global markets. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Fashion Design (or equivalent), with at least 3-5 years of experience as a Senior Designer or Designer at a premium level.

Salary

£75,000 per annum + relocation package and benefits.
