Job Title: Mental Health Social Worker

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Mental Health Social Worker to join our team in Bath and North East Somerset Council. The successful candidate will work within the Adult's Mental Health Team, providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults with mental health needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Working with vulnerable adults with mental health needs
  • Care management and assessment
  • Report writing and carrying a caseload of service users
  • Liaising with other professional bodies and working within the Mental Health Act
  • Safeguarding adults and self-directed support/personal budgets
Requirements:
  • HCPC Registration
  • 1 year post-qualifying experience within the UK Social Care industry
  • Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
