Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics Expert

Location: Hybrid, role based in Manchester

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics Expert to join our team. As a Microsoft 365 Dynamics Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance on the configuration and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet the needs of our company directorates

* Building prototypes and proof of concepts using Dynamics and Microsoft 365 integration

* Setting up security and roles-based access to safeguard data

* Designing system governance and advising users on best practice for system housekeeping, data storage, and governance

* Training and upskilling business team power users to become self-sufficient in using the application and managing their contact data effectively

* Setting up sandbox and production environments and ensuring security policies using data loss prevention are implemented

* Designing application lifecycle management and implementing testing approaches, change, and release management

* Running workshops with internal stakeholders to ensure system design and configuration meets needs

* Documenting system design and configuration for both technical and non-technical staff

* Providing knowledge transfer and learning for technical staff for the duration of the contract

Requirements:

* Experience of working closely as a member of a multi-disciplinary agile delivery team to design and implement business solutions

* Experience of working with and training technical and non-technical people

* Experience of functional configuration of MS Dynamics Sales and Customer Insights and Data including marketing journeys

* Experience of managing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform administration including security, DLP, environment strategy, and setup, Dataverse configuration

* Strong knowledge of Dynamics integration with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Power BI
