Job Description

Job Title: IT/Infrastructure Business Analyst

Contract: Fixed-Term Contract

Location: Hybrid - Remote/Sheffield/Bradford

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Analysis: Conduct thorough business analysis to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • IT Infrastructure: Collaborate with IT teams to design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on data collection, data analysis, and management.
  • IT Infrastructure: Experience in IT infrastructure projects, with a strong understanding of M365 and other relevant technologies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
