About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team at The Airedale Group. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our internal digital transformation projects, working closely with key stakeholders to identify business needs and facilitate process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Document existing workflows to understand pain points and inefficiencies.
  • Collaborate with design and sales teams to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Develop detailed specifications for system enhancements based on gathered requirements.
  • Ensure specifications align with business goals and user needs.
  • Work with vendors to evaluate their solutions against the specifications.
  • Partner with project managers to develop and execute project plans.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with timelines and budget.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the project team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum four years' experience within a Business Analyst role.
  • Industry experience within design and installation would be highly beneficial.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements, and operational decisions.
  • Resourcefulness and ability to devise creative solutions to problems.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Experience with digital transformation projects and knowledge of current digital technologies and trends.
