  • Collaborate with the team to diagnose complex support cases using proactive support tools.
  • Implement proactive network maintenance and workstation builds to ensure optimal performance.
  • Engage in technical projects, including client meetings and on-site work with the team.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to drive operational efficiency.
  • Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in 1st/2nd line support.
  • Office 365 administration and troubleshooting skills.
  • Network and firewall knowledge and troubleshooting expertise.
  • Windows server administration capabilities.
